Paul Bailey II was born with a hammer in his hand. As the son of Paul Bailey Sr., a successful and well known builder on the island in the 1980's through 2011, Paul's days were filled with talk of building materials, building lots, and the next project coming.

Paul Bailey II, began his career building homes in 1995 with his first house on Sunflower Ct in Hilton Head Plantation. He has built and remodeled many homes on the Island. Together with his wife Carrie, their attention to detail and sharp eye for finishes, make a Paul Bailey Home stand out from the crowd.
Carrie works on finding the perfect finishes that complement and enhance the features of the build. Bringing in different textures, patterns and colors she creates a masterpiece you will be proud to call home.

In 2012, Paul started Alliance Roofing, LLC, which he continues to operate today.
